FFHS Mission

As New York City’s only Career Technical Education (CTE) culinary school, Food and Finance High School's mission is to offer a unique, top quality, and academically rigorous education that can be found nowhere else. Our curriculum focuses on preparing students for successful careers in not only the culinary arts and the finances related to the industry, but career and college pathways outside of the culinary industry as well. Our school is designed to serve a diverse population who will meet academic and industry standards via a range of course offerings, internship experiences, and strong partnerships throughout NYC's five boroughs.

FFHS is a College and Career Preparatory Institution committed to supporting the holistic well-being and post-secondary goals of each of our students through inquiry based learning, CRSE, collaborative protocols, and individualized work-based learning experiences. Our goal is to ensure that every scholar graduating from FFHS has a competitive edge and a clear professional purpose in order to fulfill the whole of their future ambitions.
