Food and Finance High School provides a comprehensive and rigorous academic program in addition to its professional culinary training.  The FFHS culinary program is an in-depth program that provides excellent preparation for students. Students begin cooking and baking in their freshman year, with Culinary Exploration.  This class involves safety and sanitation, knife skills, and some basic baking (such as biscuits and cookies) and cooking (eggs, pizza, etc.). In their sophomore and junior years, students take cooking and baking, learning increasingly sophisticated techniques and tackling increasingly complex recipes.
